This activity will end right where it started.We recommend our guests to drive-out to the meeting location where we launch our boat, due to the social distancing safety precautions from limited space on our bus. We also offer pick-up from Duty Free Shopping Center (DFS) at T. Galleria.

A:Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins are wild marine animals, so there is no guarantee that you will encounter them. However, the vast majority of tours (more than 90 percent) do see and swim with dolphins.

A:No. Touching marine life and coral is illegal by Hawaii state law. Contact with human skin can make dolphins and sea turtles more susceptible to disease and cause them stress. Simply being in their presence is incredible.

While the crew were really good we got little disappointed with the snorkeling part! We couldn’t see much marine life neither a coral! The experience we had at Maui was much much better! Understand the weather was bad but in such cases we expect cancellation or reschedule and refund. We personally couldn’t take much out of the trip! We tipped the crew members for their continuous engagement, humble behavior and generosity! We wouldn’t recommend the trip to anyone because we are not sure if there is much coral reefs near the spot where the boat took us to!

Once we were picked up . I paid for picture/video package among other things . We were supposed to wear plastic bracelets so the photographer would know who paid and who didn’t . All threw the cruise we were not approached once . I was told at lunch we had to get tu fu . My kids and I do not eat tu fu and did not pick that for us when purchasing this activity weeks before . Then we were all told to go to the front of the boat for pictures and video if you paid on the way back to shore . My kids and I went and after the photographer took pictures with my daughters phone we were told to move bc we didn’t pay . I was like what are these bracelets for then ? It was completely embarrassing in front of all the other passengers.Im so upset we didn’t take any pictures because are phone were in are bags because we thought the photographer would get a few good pictures . This experience was awful. I do not recommend at all

Loved the energy of the guides. We had a great time snorkeling and saw some turtles/beautiful fish. Also the captain found a pod of dolphins for us to few. Hawaii regulations prevent us from being in the water near the dolphins.

The boat was incredibly small with far too many people. The food was horrendous and most people didn’t eat. The water was extremely rough and no effort was mad to find calmer water to snorkeling was terrible. Worse, in a boar of cramped nauseous people instead of taking us back to the docks the stop in the middle of shore and force us to watch the crew do a half baked hula. I’ve been on many many snorkel cruises and this was the worst time I’ve ever had on the islands! Crew was nice, though.

The kids loved the slide! We also saw eagle ray and a turtle snorkeling. The dolphins were great although when we booked it was swimming with dolphins in the wild and on the tour bus was the first time we heard they could no longer do that so that was super disappointing! All in all a good experience.
